At Smartible, we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information for every order.

1. Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

If a product is listed as a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be shown directly on the product page. Pre-order items are shipped once inventory becomes available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped.

Express Shipping
Canada: 2 to 3 business days
United States: 5 to 9 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, high shipping volume, customs processing, or carrier delays.

4. Pre-Order Items

If an item is offered as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

Pre-order items are not shipped immediately and will be dispatched once inventory is available.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship separately or together depending on availability.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Smartible is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
